Website scope

This policy covers website visits, inquiries, form submissions, and direct communications with Venturi.

Product boundary

Customer deployments are governed by customer agreements and deployment-specific security documentation.

Tracking posture

Venturi uses cookieless aggregate analytics and does not use website contact data for third-party advertising.

Data collection

Information We Collect

We collect only the information needed to operate this website, respond to inquiries, understand aggregate site usage, and maintain security. The categories below apply to website visitors and people who contact us. Product deployments for customers are governed by customer agreements and deployment-specific security documentation, not only this website policy.

Information You Provide

  • Contact details: Your name, email address, company name, job title, and similar information if you choose to provide it.
  • Communications: The content of messages you send to us, including questions, demo requests, procurement context, and information about the workload you want to discuss.
  • Email correspondence: If you email us, Google Workspace may process your email address, message content, attachments, timestamps, and delivery metadata on our behalf.

Information Collected Automatically

  • Analytics data: We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-focused analytics service. Plausible provides aggregate page view, referrer, device, browser, and location statistics. It is designed to operate without cookies and without individual behavioral profiles.
  • Server and security logs: Cloudflare may process IP address, request timestamp, user agent, URL, response code, and security event data to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

Data usage

How We Use Data

We use personal data for limited business and operational purposes connected to this website and to conversations you initiate with us. We do not sell personal data and do not use website contact data for third-party advertising.

  • Respond to inquiries, demo requests, procurement questions, security review requests, and privacy requests.
  • Schedule meetings, provide requested materials, and continue conversations that you started.
  • Operate, maintain, secure, debug, and improve venturi.systems.
  • Understand aggregate website usage patterns through privacy-focused analytics.
  • Detect, prevent, and investigate abuse, spam, fraud, security incidents, and service misuse.
  • Comply with legal obligations and preserve records when reasonably necessary to protect our rights or respond to lawful process.

Cookies and analytics

Cookies and Analytics

We do not use analytics cookies. Plausible Analytics is configured as a cookieless analytics provider and reports aggregate website statistics. We use these statistics to understand which pages are visited and whether the site is working as intended.

Cloudflare may use strictly necessary cookies or similar technologies for bot management, abuse prevention, load balancing, and security. These technologies support site delivery and are not used by Venturi to build advertising profiles.

We do not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals because the site does not perform cross-site behavioral tracking. If we introduce non-essential cookies, advertising pixels, or comparable tracking in the future, we will update this policy and implement any required consent mechanism before activation.

Data sharing

Service Providers and Data Sharing

We share personal data with service providers only as needed to operate the website, communicate with you, secure the site, or comply with law. These providers may process data in the United States or other jurisdictions where they or their subprocessors operate.

  • Hosting, CDN, and security: Cloudflare provides content delivery, DNS, security, and related website operations.
  • Analytics: Plausible Analytics provides aggregate, cookieless website analytics.
  • Email and communications: Google Workspace supports email delivery, calendaring, and related communications.

We may disclose personal data if required by law or valid legal process, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, safety, users, or the public. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, personal data may be transferred as part of that transaction subject to appropriate protections.

We do not sell personal data. We do not share personal data for third parties to use for their own independent marketing.

International transfers

International Data Transfers

Venturi is operated from the United States and uses service providers that may process data in the United States and other countries. These countries may have privacy laws that differ from those in your location.

Where personal data is transferred from the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, Switzerland, or another jurisdiction that requires transfer safeguards, we rely on appropriate mechanisms such as adequacy decisions, Data Privacy Framework certification where applicable, Standard Contractual Clauses, data processing agreements, and supplementary measures provided by our service providers.

Cloudflare and Google publish information about their international transfer mechanisms and security programs. We review provider documentation periodically, but provider status can change and should be confirmed during vendor or legal review.

Retention

Data Retention

We keep personal data only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required by law, security needs, dispute resolution, or legitimate business records.

  • Inquiry emails and contact records are generally retained for up to 24 months after the last meaningful interaction, unless an active commercial relationship or legal need requires longer retention.
  • Aggregate analytics records are retained according to Plausible's service settings and do not identify individual visitors in ordinary reporting.
  • Cloudflare logs and security records are retained according to Cloudflare's applicable service configuration and retention schedules.

When data is no longer needed, we delete it, anonymize it, or retain it in a limited form when deletion is not feasible because of backups, security logs, legal holds, or provider retention schedules.

Your rights

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data. You may also have the right to portability, to withdraw consent, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

To exercise rights, contact privacy@venturi.systems. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law, and we will explain if we need more time because of request complexity or volume.

You can also ask us to stop optional marketing communications. Transactional and relationship communications may continue where necessary to respond to your request or manage an active business relationship.

California privacy

California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you may have the right to know the categories of personal information we collect, the purposes for collection, the categories of sources, the categories of third parties with whom information is shared, and the categories of information disclosed for business purposes. You may also have rights to request access, deletion, correction, and non-discrimination for exercising your rights.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined by the CCPA/CPRA. We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information through this website for the purpose of inferring characteristics about you.

Submit California privacy requests by emailing privacy@venturi.systems. Authorized agents may submit requests if they provide proof of authorization and we can verify the request as required by law.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data processed through the website. These measures include TLS for data in transit, limited account access, provider security review, access controls, and security monitoring by our infrastructure providers.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Do not send production prompts, secrets, credentials, customer telemetry, regulated data, or other sensitive operational information through public website forms or ordinary email unless we have agreed on a secure transfer method.

Children

Children's Privacy

This website is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data to us, contact privacy@venturi.systems and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
